Pisgah Woods Water System Repair

Per our happy customer:

Miller Well Drilling received a report of an out of water outage at Pisgah Woods at 12PM on Thurs. Miller Well Drilling technicians were on-site by 2:30PM – Standard Minimum Service Call Procedures 10 point inspection revealed that the 2 horse power 10 gallon per minute pump had failed.

To restore water service to the community, the service technicians switched water service to an alternate well that Miller Well Drilling had recently connected into the system for a back-up water supply.

Miller Well Drilling ordered a pump and had it shipped overnight.

On Friday afternoon at 12:30PM the Miller Well Drilling Pump Service Crew arrived on site and replaced the pump adding a pump saver gravel pack to protect the new pump from pre-mature failure related to sediment in the well.

The customer reports that Miller Well Drilling was able to keep water supplied to the system without interruption for the duration of the repairs.

The Miller Well Drilling Service crew simultaneously found a leak in one of the homes served by the water system that may have contributed to the original pump failure.

Big thank you’s have been pouring in from this water system.

Reliable access to water- it’s what Miller Well Drilling is about!
